Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Crimson Rose purchase! If the size isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Size Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange an eligible item for another size, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or returns due to preference or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and your order information. We’ll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.
